CAFE’ MANAGER NEEDED
Cafe’ looking for experienced, comitted and passionate Cafe manager. Candidate should be able to work
rotating roster and weekends. We are looking for candidates who have experience at Managerial level in
hospitality industry. The opportunites exist for a dyamic, motivated candidate with minimum Diploma
qualification in business or management discipline.
• Planning and creating menus in consultation with Chef and owner
• Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
• Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
• Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
• Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff
• Greet guests and assist in taking orders.
55,000 per annum plus super - depending on skills and qualification
Succesfull candidate must have:
• Experience in restaurant and diploma or advanced diploma in qualification in business/management
• Great financial skills and knowledge in cost control and budgets.
• Well communication skills and knowledge in cost control and budgets.
• Well communications skills and flexible at work.
• Commitment to stay with business for long period of time (at least 2 years).
